Returns, Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

Nature of the artworks

All artworks offered by CasaGalleria.ART are original works of art, either unique pieces or limited editions, handmade by the artist Yuri Catania. Every piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Right of withdrawal under Swiss law

Under Swiss law, distance selling does not give rise to any statutory right of withdrawal or return (the Swiss Code of Obligations grants such a right only for doorstep sales and certain special contracts, Art. 40a et seq. CO). As a sign of trust towards its collectors, however, CasaGalleria.ART voluntarily grants the right of return described below.

Returns within 14 days

If the artwork you receive does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be undamaged and in the same condition in which it was received, and must be sent back in its original packaging, which should therefore be kept until you have made your final decision. The certificate of authenticity must be returned together with the artwork.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, while CasaGalleria.ART covers the transport insurance for the return. To initiate a return, simply write to hello@casagalleria.art or contact +41 79 137 31 11 via WhatsApp before sending the artwork back.

The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of the artwork and verification of its condition.

Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled at any time before shipment by writing to hello@casagalleria.art or via WhatsApp at +41 79 137 31 11. In this case, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Transport damage

Each artwork is packed with the utmost care and insured for transport. Should the artwork arrive damaged, the collector is asked to report it within 48 hours of receipt, together with photographs of the damage and the packaging. CasaGalleria.ART will assess the case and, depending on the circumstances, agree on restoration, replacement or a refund.

Authenticity and warranty

Every artwork comes with the artist's guarantee of authenticity. CasaGalleria.ART's liability is limited to material defects in the artwork at the time of delivery, within the terms provided by Swiss law. Damage resulting from improper handling, unsuitable display conditions or wear occurring after delivery is excluded.
