Shipping

Every work by Yuri Catania is prepared, packed and shipped with the care its artistic value deserves. Shipping is an integral part of the CasaGalleria.ART experience, from the moment the artwork leaves the atelier to the moment the collector unpacks it.

Packaging

Each artwork is assessed individually and protected with materials suited to its technique and size. Large formats are shipped in custom-made packaging. Every shipment includes the artwork's documentation and certificate of authenticity.

Delivery in Switzerland

In Canton Ticino, delivery is free and handled personally by the artist, who delivers the artwork directly to the collector. Elsewhere in Switzerland, delivery is organised by the artist on a door-to-door basis and quoted case by case according to the destination and the size of the artwork.

International shipping

For countries in the European Union and the rest of the world, shipping is entrusted to a courier and quoted case by case according to the destination, size and value of the artwork. The cost is communicated to and agreed with the collector before the order is confirmed.

Lead times

As these are original works prepared individually, preparation time comes before shipping time. Delivery times vary according to the destination and are communicated when the order is confirmed.

Insurance and transport damage

Artworks are transported with the greatest care and protection. If damage occurs during transport, the collector is asked to report it within 48 hours of receipt, together with photographs of the artwork and the packaging, as described on the "Returns, Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal" page. CasaGalleria.ART will assess the case and, depending on the circumstances, agree on restoration, replacement or a refund.

Customs

Shipments to destinations outside Switzerland may be subject to duties, taxes and customs formalities, payable by the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. CasaGalleria.ART prepares the necessary export documents and supports the collector at every stage.

Collection by appointment
